Very soon I had the finished article, and WOW did she look so good and very shiny. My first start up was cautious, let her idle. The engine still needed tuning and being careful I had done no damage. However I soon noticed we had a major oil leak behind the new alternator crankcase where the wires exited to power the bike. I understood how it happened as the magnetic forces activated when trying to re-install the coils around the rotor  by yourself was allowing it to twist. So I called in a mate to help. With two of us it was removed, cleaned and re-installed with a new gasket which solved the oil leak problem. My next mission was off to the tuners to see what she could give me in power.
