Having owned and maintained motorcycles for  quite a few decades it was time for something different. Why not “supercharge” a motorcycle give it more power so the engine can really “breathe”. After much web searching  TTS Performance based in the UK revealed itself with a stunning Triumph Thruxton R conversion. Not being  a mechanic myself, but as long as the project is taken slowly and steadily what can go wrong?

Finding a suitable secound hand donor on line in early 2018 started the journey.Rode it around for a few months while the kit was duly purchased including stainless header kit as an option. See attached photo before shipping.

The bike rego and insurance was then put on hold to save some bucks,given a wash and tied down on the bike stand so let the dismantling begin.
